In 2023/2024 1st and 2nd class pupils participated in the litter pickers programme for a number of weeks. Picker Pals is an environmental programme for primary school children and their families. Picker Pals motivates children through a fun song and story world inspiring them on local litter-picking adventures.
Our School
- Scoil Mhuire, Ruadhán is 500m from the historic village of Ruan, on the edge of the Burren. The original primary school which dates back to 1833 was located beside the church and has since been remodelled and used as a Community Centre. Scoil Mhuire
