Architecture Around the World

5^th and 6^th class blew us away with their exceptional architecture projects and presentations. Each pupil picked a famous building of architecture around the world and created it through using recycled materials. It’s safe to say they did an extraordinary job. Their knowledge and presentation was also excellent.

Martin Luther King Day (Station teaching)

We celebrated Martin Luther king Day. As you can see below the children took part in station teaching with Mr. O Neill’s guidance and integrated it with some wonderful art work.

We studied the topics of segregation, civil rights, discrimination and the important roles of other individuals such as Rosa Parks.
